We recently completed a cabinet floor repair for a customer, the under sink cabinet had rotted out and needed replaced. We took out the old cabinet floor and replaced it with a removable wood tongue and groove floor that can be removed for easy cleaning and repair as needed!

We had a client recently with a sagging floor under the water heater. The client requested a budget-friendly fix so we cut out the sagging floor, added some sister joists around the rotten floor joists, and replaced the subfloor! We will always do our best to provide an accurate estimate based on the details that you give. However, we understand that unexpected things happen! In the event that we arrive and the job is bigger than the estimate, we will let you know and provide an updated estimate that you can use to decide if you want to proceed!
What if I Have more work than the estimate?
We understand that sometimes you will need help with more than what is quoted, because of this, based on the appointments of the day, we will either give an updated estimate and complete the work. Or give and estimate and schedule for a later day!
